Summary:

On the right, an old inn is depicted with a broken sign, "Magna Charta." It sags under the weight of the Coalition revelers making merry on the balcony, and heavy "tax" slates on the roof. Its locked entrance is guarded by a fox sitting on a stone labeled, "Protector," and Lord North perched on a turnstile. On the left, a coach with the sleeping King inside, drives away, oblivious to the entreaties of his people.
