Summary:

An elderly man, with a satisfied smile, in profile to the right, drives himself in a small, two-wheeled chaise for one person, which resembles a Bath chair perched high on wheels. The hood is raised, and the apron fastened over the open front. An 'M' decorates the chaise and the blinker of the clumsy, plodding horse. The scene is a sandy track across open country.
