The original series of 21 watercolors executed for Thomas Butts, ca. 1804-7. Blake made two further sets, one for his friend John Linnell (now dispersed) and the other in the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge.

Nos. 5, 10, and 11 are signed with artist's initials.
