Library's copy is printed on a single sheet with three additional satrirical prints, arranged side by side horizontally and trimmed within plate mark (see Peel 2632a-d).
A much reduced and reversed version of a design issued as "Monsr Surecard" in "A political and satirical history of the years 1756 and 1757" and "England's remembrancer: or, a humorous, sarcastical, and political collection of characters and caricaturas"; see BM Satires 3506 and 3507.
A portrait of Mr. Fox, afterwords Lord Holland, as a Knave from a deck of cards (the heart identifying him as the Knave of Hearts is absent in this copy of the design), in profile to the right; with a fleurs-de-lis, indicating his alleged subserviency to French counsels, placed like a flower growing from the ground at his feet.
