Summary:

Print shows George III on his throne asleep, while the new ministry, helped by devils, drive out the king's old advisers. In the center of the room stands Charles Fox with a fox's head, his left hand on the shoulder of the Devil, his right holding North by his neck-cloth. He looks at the Devil saying, "This is Boreas; he'll make an excellent pair of Bellows Old Boy". On the right Sandwich and Germain, members of the previous administration, are being carried off by a demon through a doorway labelled Pandaemonium, as Mansfield and Bute are hurried in the same direction.
