Summary:

Print shows Admiral Rodney on the shore with Britannia and Neptune, who hand him their staffs, while the British Lion claws at the flag of France on which Rodney stands. Standing out to sea in a toy boat made of playing cards, Admiral Pigot (represented as a pig) views the scene through his spyglass.
