The British Museum owns a drawing of this design, executed in pen and ink and watercolor, evidently a preliminary drawing for or copy of the published etching. Cf. George BM Satires 6975.

Summary: 

The Knave of Hearts of a pack of cards in profile to the left, representing the Prince of Wales. His hat is inscribed 'Amo' and supports a crown constructed of leaves on which sits a bird. In his right hand is a staff ornamented with a heart inscribed 'Fitzherbert' and surmounted by the Prince's feathers and motto, 'Ich dien'. At his feet are seven hearts, with two of them, at right, labeled 'Armistead' and 'Robinson.'
