Print shows a medallion featuring the heads, in profile to the right, of Thurlow and Lansdowne; that of Thurlow is superimposed on that of Lansdowne and the former scowls while the latter smiles sardonically. Below the heads is written in a contemporary hand 'Gruff' and 'Malagrida'.
