Proof of a wood engraving on india paper after an illustration by Doyle, probably created for publication in an unidentified issue of Punch or Punch's pocket book.
Summary:
Illustration shows a man lying in bed with a small man seated on his chest wearing spectacles and a tophat with a quill and holding up a volume with the word "Taxes" across the front; the word "Taxes" is further engraved across the head of the design.
