Summary: 

A sequel to BMSat 10019. King George III and Queen Charlotte seated on chairs of state, watch a small rectangular tank in which Napoleon as Gulliver sails his boat. Lord Salisbury stands behind king's chair. Four princesses and three pages also look on.
