Summary: 

Engraving of a man standing in the pillory; from his coat pocket hangs a newspaper with the caption A Courant, illustrating a dialogue "Vamp in triumph; or the Pillory property filled. Being the Sequel of a Dialogue between Vamp and Squib, his news-collector"; the man stands on a raised circular platform, his head and hands in the pillory; a circle of grinning men surrounds him, some of them with decorated staves which show they they are constables.
