Summary:

An opera-dancer, Rose Didelot, is poised on her right toe, her head turned in (sharp-featured) profile to the left, holding up a long garland of roses. She wears a pseudo-classical costume, defining her person, the edge of the skirt bordered with roses, a wreath of roses in her hair which is almost short. The scenery is of trees with a landscape background.
