Rectangle of blue-gray paper pasted at head on verso, securing a loop of red cloth ribbon from which to hang the sign.
Inscription:
On verso, in pencil, "Jack B. Yeats"; with two small decorations in teal ink, one of which appears to be a design for the artist's monogram, the other evidently depicting a tower or lighthouse.
