Upper portion of Sullivan's design with the airplane has been executed on a separate piece of paper and mounted in place.

Design shows a globe encircled by a belt and flanked by a kangaroo and the British Lion, with an airplane shown head on above, with the letters "G-E" and "BFO" on its wings.
