Summary:

Two French officers collect requisitioned goods from two Hollanders. One holds out smiling an empty sack, directing an abject Dutchman on the extreme right to put in the two money-bags which he holds. The other clenches his fist and seizes the wig of a fat Dutchman. Beside him (left) are two barrels. Behind (right) is a baggage-wagon, its canvas tilt inscribed 'Republique Françoise'.
