Hollandia regenerata

Series of 20 satirical etchings on the French occupation of Holland, caricaturing French republican costumes and manners and accompanied by 20 leaves of explanatory text.
According to George, the etchings were executed after designs by David Hess by James Gillray and published in book form with the accompanying text in London in 1796.
