Possibly after a design by H.W. Bunbury (see BM 4648 for a similar caricature of the 2nd Lord Holland bearing Bunbury's initials)
Previously placed by the British Museum as the first of the third series of caricatures published by M. Darly under the title: Macaronies, Characters, Caricatures &c.; the print was subsequently identified as misfiled by George.
