This and the related drawings 1966.11:108 and 1966.11:109 are difficult to pin down in Piranesi's work. They do not seem to relate to the decorative art designs produced for the Diverse Maniere but probably date instead to the previous decade.
Watermark: fleur-de-lis inside double circle, CB below circle.
