There is only one known sculpture of Belle da Costa Greene, made by Jo Davidson in 1925. In one of her letters to Bernard Berenson, there is an additional reference to a possible sculpture made of Belle Greene's head by the American sculptor Paul Manship (1885–1966):
BG to BB, 3/31/19 (435):“Manship is going to do a head of me and I think it ought to be pretty good, especially if I can get my hair plastered down sufficiently for his pet style”
Jo Davidson (1883–1952)
