Partial border illustration for "The Moss-Woman", depicting the verse "They call to her loud and urgently: / But clinging about her the Moss-woman stands ... 'In pity, in pity, oh save my child!'". Incorporated is the first word of verse "Tis", comprised of decorated inital "T", and stylized hand lettering.
