Eleven pen and ink, wash, and pencil drawings by Vierge for Jaccaci's On the trail of Don Quixote, published in New York by Scribner's in 1896; the majority of Vierge's designs, with some exceptions, were later used for the French edition of Jaccaci's book, published by Hachette et cie in Paris in 1901, under the title: Au pays de Don Quichotte.
