Inscribed on made-up part at lower center, in pen and brown ink, "Baldassare Peruzzi da Siena".; on verso, showing through in strong light, at lower right, in pen and brown ink, cancelled, "di Baldassare Peruzzi da / Siena"; at lower left, in ink, "originale di Cherubino Alberti"; at upper left, in ink, "5 m L 30; at upper right, 1-^1 - 10".
