Inscribed on title-page, in pen and black ink, "Recüeil / Des Decorations De Fontaines Et Orchestes / Qui Ont Etées faittes A Paris, lors du Retour du / Roy le 7 Septembre 1745." Each illustration is accompanied by a handwritten inscription on the opposite page.
