Binding:
Bound in contemporary embroidered binding of white satin; both covers with stylized flowers composed of colored silks and coils of silver wire, the spine divided in three panels with three flowers, the original ribbon of colored silks attached to the upper cover to act as a wrap-around tie. Some spangles lacking, all edges gilt. In green morocco slipcase.
