Several of the woodcuts are signed with the initials of Pierre Woeiriot de Bouzet(?).
The vignettes and the borders enclosing them (in part signed P.V.) are most probably by Pierre Vase, or Du Vase, son Jakob Eskrich, and known also as Petrus Escrichius, or Pierre Cruche; they have been erroneously attributed to Pierre Vingle, and to others. Cf. Thieme-Becker XI, (1915) p. 31-32 and Baudrier, Bibl. lyonnaise, t. IX, p. 46.

Binding: 
16th-century French calf, gold tooled with portrait medallions of Henri II (inscribed ".HEN.II.R."). Nixon identifies this as a "trade binding" and not related to the royal library.
