Summary: 

Suppliant goddess before enthroned god or king holding cup, between them v-shaped design, cross disk in crescent, and three drillings -- At left: above, altar between two facing statues of bulls, each with rump protuberance and bird upon it -- Below: indefinable animal, bird(?), hand(?) above crouching lion and kneeling horned animal.
