Signed in monogram and dated upper left, "RHL 163" (double signature, the first faintly visible above the other is probably Rembrandt's).

Etching by Rembrandt only known in later states reworked by a pupil.
Margins: top of 15 mm, at the sides 20-25 mm, and at the bottom and irregular margin of 15-18 mm
