Experiment with Medieval imagery in this collage workshop inspired by the manuscript pages on view in the installation Cut and Paste: Reframing Medieval Art.
Artist and educator Taryn Matusik will discuss the myriad factors that fueled the frenzy of manuscript cutting in the Middle Ages. Participants will use Medieval imagery and contemporary collage techniques to create their own repurposed works of art. All materials are included.
