Binding:
Red morocco in the Harleian style; in red case. The same design and many of the same tools can be seen in a binding on a copy of Prior's Poems (1718 [i.e., 1719]), reproduced in Maggs, Bookbinding in the British Isles (1996), item 88.

Inscription on fly leaf: "C 64 C. Barrow"; with the Oak Spring bookplate of Paul Mellon.
