A proof sheet made to file for copyright with title, border and decorations in light green. Some changes were made before it was printed in the Ladies Home Journal for Nov. 1911 (in the portrait the cigarette was changed to a cigar and the text was reset in different type). In the same case is a copy of the page (p. 11) as it appeared in the publication.
