Texts: The names of about 20 Greek goddesses are mentioned, some legible. Crum conjectures (1913, p. 83) that the complete list may have contained 35, half of a total of 70 female and male dieties. Edited and translated into English by Crum.
Script: Upright. 10 lines = ca. 94 mm
Superlineation: Connective? Punctuation: Raised dot in conjunction with a space. Tremas.
Collation: Uncertain, but hypothetically the second leaf of the first quire of the codex (inferred from ancient pagination). No remains of signatures, quire ornaments, monograms, headlines or catchwords.
Decoration: page numbers with horizontal rule above and below.

Brought to a dealer in Luxor from Hū, ancient Diospolis Parva, according to Archibald Henry Sayce, who saw the manuscript at Luxor before its acquisition; purchased by Lord Amhurst Tyssen-Amherst, 1st Baron Amherst of Hackney, in the winter of 1905-1906; purchased by J. Pierpont Morgan (1837-1913) in 1912; J.P. Morgan (1867-1943).
