From left to right, the columns inform the following: 1) Golden Numbers; 2) Dominical letters = used to determine the date of Easter; 3) & 4) = the weeks and days from Christmas to Esto mihi (Quinquagesima); 5) = Septuagesima; 6) = Quadragesima; 7) = Easter; 8) = Rogation; 9) = Pentecost; 10) = Corpus Christi; 11) & 12) = Weeks and days from Pentecost to John the Baptist; 13) Weeks from Pentecost to Advent; 14) = Advent; 15) & 16) = Weeks and days from Advent to Christmas.
The table lacks headings and 7 1/2 rows out of a possible 35.
Some traces of the leaf having been used in a binding: 3 horizontal folds, 6 small holes, some browning.
Decoration: 2 circular diagrams showing lunar and solar circles with personifications of the sun and moon painted in colors.
