Light graphite ruling in 1 column (17.8 x 10.8 cm) of 31-32 lines.
Incipit (leaf [1]/1r): "Incipit Aurea bulla de electione Romanor[um] Regis. In no[m]i[n]e s[an]cte et individue Trinitatis feliciter Amen. Karolus quart[us] divi[n]a fave[n]te cleme[n]cia Romanor[um] Imp[er]ator semp[er] Augustus et Romanor[um] Rex. Ad p[er]petua[m] rei me[m]oria[m]. ..."
Explicit of first section has alternate date (leaf [1]/1v): "... Sub an[n]o d[omi]ni millesimo Trece[n]tesimo qui[n]q[ua]gesi[m]osexto Non[a] Indicion[e] quarto ydus Januarij Regnor[um] n[ost]ror[um] decimo Imperij vero s[e]c[un]do;" typically "vero primo."
