Megan Moore, lyric coloratura mezzo-soprano, is quickly garnering attention as an artist of versatility and depth in a broad range of repertoire. During the 2023-24 season, Moore made her Seattle Opera debut singing Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia; reprised her portrayal of Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni with the San Diego Opera; and debuted the role of Sesto in Handel’s Julius Cesar at the Opera Theater of St. Louis. An avid recitalist, she’ll be performing works by Claude Debussy, Gustav Mahler, Gioachino Rossini, and Richard Strauss.
This concert takes place in Gilder Lehrman Hall on the Ground Floor. Doors to the Hall will open 30 minutes before the concert begins.
