Program for a public rehearsal and concert by the Philharmonic Society of New York, at Music Hall (New York), on 24 and 25 March 1893, when Victor Herbert was a cellist in the orchestra.

The works performed were Schumann's Symphony no. 2; Abscheulicher and Komm, Hoffnung from Beethoven's Fidelio; Bruch's Violin Concerto no. 1; and "Love and Death" [i.e. Liebestod] from Wagner's Tristan und Isolde.
Neither soloist is named; the conductor was apparently Anton Seidl.
