Currently unbound; formerly in 18th century or later reddish brown morocco binding with recessed gilded center medallion and cornerpieces with embossed long stringy cloud bands, floral rinceaux, and large saz leaves and blossoms; binding has been preserved.

A copy of Darvish Maḥmūd Mes̤nevī Khān's translation into Turkish for the Ottoman Sultan Murād III (ruled 1574-1595) of "Thawāqib al-manāqib awliyaʾ Allāh," which is ʻAbd al-Vahhāb ibn Muḥammad al-Hamadanʾi's abridgement of Shams al-Dīn Aḥmad Aflākī's 14th century history in Persian of the early leaders of the Mevlevī order of deverishes (Mevleviyeh) in Konya, Turkey.
Decoration: blue, black gold, orange, and green rulings surround the text box; illuminated headpiece; 29 miniatures.
