Ms. Biblical psalter; written and illuminated in Italy, possibly Naples, ca. 1461; colophon on fol. 26 has date of translation: Jan. 20, 1461.
Ms. translation of the Psalter for a person whose Christian name was Appilo; dedicatory epistle is followed by the psalms; each psalm is preceded by the first verse in Latin and followed by a commentary in Italian; the works ends with Italian translations of the Te Deum and the Athanasian Creed--Cf. PML files.
Decoration: 150 large and 173 smaller illuminated initals with interlace decoration.
