Executed for a member of the Sivry or Montiguy-St. Christophe family of Hainaut (arms on fol. 26v, burelé d'argent, et d'azur, the monogram SIVRY and arms of Sivry, Mastain, Waronie and Berlaimont on fol. 27, on fol. 244 the inscription: Loyal et Secret); Léon Gruel (catalogue, 1905, no. 14); purchased by J. Pierpont Morgan (1837-1913) from Olschki in 1907; J.P. Morgan (1867-1943).
