Binding: 19th-century (ca. 1870) pale olive-green calf, with corner onlays of red leather gilt with roses and leaves. A central medallion of lacy design is gilt with dots and small tools, onlaid or painted with pink flowers; all surrounded by a border of flowers and other tools, by Sir Edward Sullivan (1822-1885), Lord Chancellor of Ireland, signed E.S. Aurifex.
