Decoration: 17th or 18th-century oval engraving of two clerics with rosaries pasted in on fol. 1; each separate prayer begins with floral headpiece drawn in brown ink; each text page is framed with compartmented borders of flower, fruit, and leaf motifs drawn in dark brown ink and with a solid brown background.
Binding: vellum over paper boards; in black morocco slipcase labeled: Munchner manuscrit 1662, stamped: made by Riviere & Son; made in England.
