Decoration: 1 illuminated title page with a Sacred Heart, the monogram of Christ, three nails, and a cross; 4 large and 6 small illuminated initials on squared gold grounds.
Small white label on end pastedown has the following inscription: at upper margin, 3571 written in dark brown ink; below, in lighter brown ink: coll. Bélot (or Bielot), the number 1535 below, and under this 3.96 uom. At upper righthand edge, written on the vertical, what may be c B in stylized letters, in black ink.
Musical notation: 4-line red staves with square notes.
