Decoration: written in brown ink; some pricking in gutter; 5 historiated initials with tinted drawings, 21 smaller decorated initials in red, yellow, blue, and green, one of which is unfinished; numerous penwork initials.
The illumination of M.966 is unfinished. 1 smaller decorated initial on fol. 75v has not been completed.
Musical notation: 1 column, 10 staves of 4 red lines with square notation and 10 lines of text.
