Ms. sermons; written in Poland, possibly in Przemysl, and dated 1427.
Watermarks are similar to those found in G. Piccard's Ochsenkopfwasserzeichnung--Cf. Nineteenth report to the Fellows of the Pierpont Morgan Library.
According to the opening paragraph these sermons were written by Wigandus, deacon of Przemysl, who dedicated the work to Matthew, who was bishop of Przemysl from 1392 to circa 1419-1420. The date in the incipit, 1427, probably refers to this copy rather than to the date of composition. The text appears to be unpublished--Cf. Nineteenth report to the Fellows of the Pierpont Morgan Library.
