Scribe: written in the 12th and 13th centuries; the last scribe, Uliverius, has signed his name; colophon reads: Finito libro feramus gratia(s) Cristo. Vivat in celis Uliverius nomine felix.
Fol. 1-72v are 1 column, 38 lines; fol. 79-110 are 1 column, 31-32 lines.
