A photographic enlargement(?) of a photogravure reproduction of a photograph taken, according to various sources, of Alfred Douglas at the age of 24 in Egypt in 1894.

Summary:
Reproduction of a detail from a photogravure of a full-length portrait which showed Douglas seated at small cafe table; a bust portrait showing Douglas looking 3/4 to the right, wearing a dark tie and light jacket. Scratch marks are visible on the edge of the image at right were the background from the original photograph was removed.
