Subjects of the illustrations include "A View from Lymstone, Devon," a depiction of Caversham Church, an "Indian" and his dog receiving the word of God, a wreath and flag inscribed "Victory, Death, Nelson," and numerous plants and flowers.
There are two pencil drawings in the album.
One entry, "On the Loss of the Dove," is posted into the inside back cover of the album.
