Summary: 

Expressing his pleasure that the clipping he sent her was helpful; asking about a photograph she left with his sister in the office; adding "Yes: the Isle of Wight is delightful. I went on to Freshwater by coach a few weeks ago, as Miss Tuttiett will perhaps have told you, and enjoyed it hugely. It was an altogether new revelation of an admirable spot within easy reach of London;" concluding, in autograph, "The flowers were a wonder. I envy you."
