Potter for their advice and support; setting out the facts on why the missionary electors should be considered eligible electors under the church canons; discussing the required testimonial of the Standing Committee to the personal character of the candidate; denying that there was any corruption in the election; saying that if "this case is not clear as day light to the Bishops, one way or the other.....I am ready to resign in an instant;"
