Returning Mr. More's paper "which cannot be improved by me;" wishing that "the discussion about the merchant's right to recall goods or to stop them in transit when a man becomes insolvent were quoted as I think it a strong one;" remarking that "The english ahve more favour for Assizes than what our law entertains."
