Summary:
Discussing her literary quarrel with [Jean-Jacques D'Ortous de] Mairan. Reporting that she and Voltaire saw Mahomet twice and recommending [Jean-Baptiste Sauvé] La Nouë for the Paris performance. Reflecting on the death of Maupertuis (but then refuting this statement and saying that he is in fact alive and in Viene). Noting that the King of Prussia wrote a letter to Voltaire.
